Description:

As one of the core components of Electric Vehicles, our BMS solution is designed according to the concept of automotive-level safety and reliability.

Development and implementation of ISO26262 safety standards, its hardware platform adopts all automotive-grade components, and its active devices implement AEC-Q100, passive device implements AEC-Q200, the software platform implements the automotive programming specification, and adopts the AUTOSAR standard underlying software.

  • Provide system power-on self-test function, mainly including all sensors, actuators, system status, etc.

  • With charging, discharging, temperature, current and other multiple protection functions.

  • Manage the entire charging process through the information delivery between the CAN bus and the charger.

  • Communicate with the vehicle controller through the CAN bus to manage the entire discharge process.

  • It has the function of insulation resistance detection and early warning, and displays the insulation resistance value in the current state;

  • With pre-charge management function.

  • Possess the measurement functions of battery system total voltage, total current, temperature, single battery voltage, etc.

  • It has functions such as battery system SOC, charge and discharge power prediction, and has a self-correction function. The SOC prediction accuracy is not greater than 5% within the warranty period.

  • Possess the active equalization function of the battery SOC, and the equalization current is 5A.

  • Low power consumption function of the battery management system.

  • Possess the on-off management function of high-voltage electricity.

  • The total voltage measurement range is 0~120V, and the accuracy is ±0.5%;

  • The voltage acquisition range of the single battery is 0~5V, the accuracy is ±5mV, and the sampling period is less than 100ms;

  • Current measurement range -500~+500A, accuracy <1%FSR;

  • Temperature measurement range -40~+85℃, accuracy 1℃;

  • It has the function of leakage detection and insulation resistance measurement;

  • Power supply: 12V (7~14V)

  • With over-current and over-voltage protection functions;

  • Equipped with an LCD display (with interface and connection line) that can check the status of the battery pack.
